Is there a free trial available?

No, there's no free trial, but you can schedule a free demo call. During this meeting, our representatives will showcase the Catalyst CRM, explain its features, and answer all of your questions. Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! We know that to stay competitive in a rapidly changing market landscape, businesses must be flexible. We are willing to adjust our pricing and plans according to your evolving needs to secure your loyalty and satisfaction.

What is your cancellation policy?

We respect the decisions of clients if they want to cancel their subscription to our products and services. The exact cancellation terms for each client can be individually negotiated with our customer service advisors.

Can other info be added to an invoice?

Yes, you can include information about a particular department within your company that is responsible for the development, maintenance, customer support, marketing, or other operational costs. Special recipients outside of your organization, such as accounting professionals, tax authorities, legal advisors, etc., may also receive a copy of the invoice. The invoices can be sent either to the physical location of your business, such as the billing address of a company's headquarters or to the email address of the authorized individual within your organization who's responsible for handling billing and payments.

How does billing work?

We use a recurring billing under which customers are charged automatically at the agreed-upon intervals, such as monthly or annually, until the subscription is canceled. Every time you execute a transaction, we will securely store and track this payment information for products and services you've subscribed to.
